 training covers the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS)\, al
 so known as the Columbia Protocol. It is a simple\, evidence-based tool 
 that uses plain-language questions anyone can learn to ask—no mental h
 ealth background required.\nWhat You Will Learn\n\n\n 	How to identify w
 hether someone is having thoughts of suicide (ideation)\n 	How to assess
  the severity and immediacy of risk\n 	What actions someone may have tak
 en to prepare for or attempt suicide\n 	How to determine the level of su
 pport or referral needed\n\nThe training equips participants with practi
 cal skills for caring conversations that can help save lives.\nWhy This
