National Night Out 2026

Join the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office and local public safety agencies for National Night Out, a free, family-friendly evening celebrating community partnerships and public safety.

This year’s event is packed with activities for all ages, including free food and drinks, live music, children’s games, first responder demonstrations, K-9 and Jaws of Life demonstrations, SWAT and Fire Combat Challenges, a dunk tank, community resource booths, and much more.

The Veterans Club will be there! Stop by our booth to meet our members, learn about our mission to end veteran and first responder suicide through connection and community, and discover upcoming Patriot Pour gatherings, dinners, and activities throughout North Idaho.

We’re also excited that The A-Train Band will be providing live music during the evening, making this one of the summer’s premier community events.

Admission and parking are free, so bring your family, meet your local first responders, visit community organizations, and enjoy an evening of fun, music, and great conversation.
