The Veterans Club Still On Mission September 14, 2025

Written/Narrated by:  Ed Bejarana | Published on: September 14, 2025

In a world shaken by loss and uncertainty, veterans and first responders can lead the way—one conversation, one connection, one community at a time.

This last week, as we gathered at the 9/11 memorial and shared in grief over the shocking assassination of Charlie Kirk, we are reminded how fragile public life can be—and how vital purpose is in hard times. In moments like these, veterans and first responders have a unique role to play: bringing their training, ethics, and calm resolve into the community. Through honest, constructive conversations, you don’t just offer support—you illuminate hope, foster understanding, and help heal wounds that fear and division create. The Veterans Club exists for this reason: for those ready to step forward, be a beacon, and lead with integrity in service beyond self.

We’re Now on Facebook and Instagram

While we’ve had some reservations about Meta, we recognize the power of social media to reach more veterans and first responders who might benefit from what The Veterans Club offers. That’s why we’ve launched official pages on Facebook and Instagram—to share our programs, events, and stories with a wider audience. If you’re on social media, follow us at facebook.com/theveteransclub.org and on Instagram: @veteranscluborg. Your likes, shares, and comments help spread the mission further than we could on our own.
