Each meeting follows a familiar and respectful structure:

- Invocation – A brief moment of prayer or reflection.
- Pledge of Allegiance – Honoring our flag and shared service.
- Announcements – Updates on upcoming events, programs, and opportunities.
- Discussion Topics – Open conversation on the day’s selected themes: stories, challenges, and ideas to strengthen our community.
This simple structure keeps the focus on fellowship, purpose, and actionable ideas.
